Socotra is a safe destination .it is isolated in the waters of the Indian ocean. The island is not involved in any political issues. The season starts from October till April.
• It is highly recommended a have personal insurance.
• Carry your own sunscreen, Wet wipes, Sunglasses.
• Medicines are not available in Socotra. Do not forget to bring your own medication.

IMPORTANT INFO

If you are taking medication, do not forget to bring enough to the island (remember it is an 8-day trip. Be cautious and include more in case of any mishap). Socotra has limited services.
• The meals are not a la carte, but made with the island’s raw materials: fish, vegetables, meat (beef, chicken, goat, and camel), legumes and fruit. The food will be abundant and and the menu will be changed according to the part of the island.
• If you have any allergies, DO NOT FORGET TO TELL US..

INSURANCE

• Insurance is mandatory.
• This is an adventure trip on a remote island; therefore, you have to be covered in case of emergency rescue or other events like cancellation of the charter.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of charter cancellation, we will reimburse 100% of the amount paid to ourcompany.
• In the event that the passenger cancels the trip due to the force majeure: accident with major injuries or death to close family member, we will refund the 90% of the amount paid to our company.
• In the event that the passenger cancels the trip due to a non-force major defined below

A. 3 months’ notice or more (prior to departure date): 90% of the amount paid to us.
B. 2 months’ notice (prior to departure): 70% of the amount paid to us.
C. 1 month notice (prior to departure date): 50% of the amount paid us.
D. No refund in case of cancellation with less than one month notice (prior to departure date)
